I reached out on a weekend, they got back to me right away, the bin was delivered the next day picked it up when asked, the rate was incredibly reasonable. We had two coolers removed from our restaurant and Lens Hauling did an excellent job. They were very easy to get ahold of and even texted me when they were on the way. There was a small mix-up with the first scheduled time (my number was given incorrectly), but they followed up the same day, apologized for the inconvenience, and got us rebooked quickly for the next week.
